New SANREMO Cafe Racer Machine — held court in an impressive booth at the recent 2015 HOST coffee tech trade show in Milan. It was a far cry from their last exhibition at HOST 2013, during which they launched their impressive Opera espresso machine in a somewhat darkened corner of the show. This year Sanremo’s HOST presence was a large, well-lit, star-studded super booth, with machines operated seemingly at all times by award-winning baristas, treating HOST to hands-on classes in latte artistry and espresso craftsmanship.

World Latte Art Champion Caleb Cha and 2015 NSW Latte Art Champion Jibbi Little will guest star as judges in tonight’s competition. Machine supplier and event sponsor Sanremo will generously supply several of its iconic Opera espresso machines to be set up in-house for the competition to be conducted on. The Opera is making headlines the world over for its patented brew design features.

Vancouver’s world-renowned Milano Coffee is proud to own Canada’s first Sanremo Opera Espresso Machine. The Opera is in use at Milano Gastown and turns out an average of 200 perfectly brewed espresso beverages a day.
